Update on Hands-On QML With Python 2nd Edition
Get your hands on the first qubit
Today, I released the second early access version (first chapter, 1st half of chapter 2) of the second edition of Hands-On Quantum Machine Learning with Python - Volume 1!
You can access it in the “Books” section of pyqml.com. It is included in all subscriptions.
In the new part, we learn how to make sense of a qubit. Don’t worry. We don’t do the usual comparison of a qubit and a classical bit. No!
This is because a qubit is not like a classical bit. So, there’s no point in comparing it with one. Moreover, nowadays, (almost) nobody really works with bits anymore.
So, instead, we take a look at “The Sirens Of Quantum Computing: Simple, Beautiful, And Misleading”, “What Do You Do When Simple Probability Isn’t Enough?”, and “How To Draw A Qubit The Right Way”.
